About the event
PAUSE Social Club is a new women’s social and experiences community created by REMEDY Wellness and gathering at SPADE.
We believe longevity is about more than labs, nutrition, movement, or medical care. Connection matters too.
This first gathering is a chance to meet other women, share ideas, laugh, connect, and help shape what PAUSE becomes. Think social gatherings, movement, local experiences, day trips, workshops, volunteering, trying new things, and simply having more reasons to get out and enjoy life with other women.
Come alone or bring a friend. You do not need to know anyone before you arrive.
